Proper quality systems could not work properly. We do believe to set up a quality managements systems in a factory.

Our prime focusing points on a new factory to increase quality label day by day and getting the utmost satisfactions of clients. This quality label could not achieve by using a supplier by once.

That’s why, once we sourcing team source a factory, we check out precisely SWOT Financial conditions of factory, long time history and behavior of a factory/supplier. We do not move to any factory where proper production planning, effective

By following chart , we would like to make sure our procedure of Quality managements systems ( QE ) and Quality assurance :

Our Quality General Quality procedure per shipments:
01. Inspection is one of our major parts of business and for that we have highly experienced quality control team to inspect maintain the quality standard of the goods before each shipment for our regular customers.

02. Monitor laboratory test results of all required items of products as well as final products, analyze quality data and share and co-ordinates all results with Buyer.

03. QA / merchandising team maintain the accurate product specifications details during productions and records as per customer requirements

04. Make sure every matching of each fabrics role has been checked through out making individual shae band / blanket of each dye lot to check color consistency.

05. Make sure that dyes / chemicals or Colors being Used during dyed are as per International testing standards, friendly to Natural environment and causes no harms or effects to end user of these products.

06. Handle Every Lot’s Technical data related to the individual fabric i.e. shrinkage results, weight , GSM, torque, color bleeding, dry-wet, home laundering, are being followed International standards..

07.  Quality Assurance teams monitor and went to factory regularly to check the quality and specifications of customers and well versed with the AQL standards or equivalent. 

08. Each Quality Inspector has been assigned in individual factory to maintain quality and to perform the Bridge Services to connect all other departments of Apparel Connection with Factory Management and technical Staff.

09. We made our aim and determinations for best pricing, deliver goods on-time and defect-free garments with best quality

10. All Quality Inspectors Report to Production coordinators / Quality Assurance Manager & superior Chief Operating Officer and takes decision to release the final produced goods.

Quality Policy:
For each customer we have individual merchandiser+ QC for follow up development/sampling stage to shipment. So that team can increase their turn over & understand their work well. Below procedure we are following for our customer for execute order. So that there will be no delay & confusion arise from customer & maker end. We are very honest in front of our Customer & maker and advise both part honest information

1) For styling/development sample-Local yarn/fabric & animation we can send within 5-7 days after inquiry receipt in hand. 

2) Price quotation with in 24 hour. 

3) Lab dip local with 3-4 days & imported with 7 days. 

4) Fit sample or Size set sample within 4-5 days & PPS sample within 7 days after receipt comment. 

5) Production update/Status weekly for each customer. 

6) QC inline & final inspection report send to customer quality department next day of inspection. 

7) Commercial department keep in touch with Customer import dept. for LC on time & maker commercial for documentation+ forwarding agent for on time stuff good.
